Francis and Dianne Brekelmans have lived, worked and raised a family in Oxford County for over 35 years. The farm was purchased a few years back, with the vision of restoring and renovating the two houses to share with others. They are passionate about agriculture and our community!

The story of Sprucelea Gatherings continues with a rediscovery of roots during the emergence of Covid-19 in 2020.
Francis and Dianne's youngest daughter, Leah, returned home from Toronto during the pandemic and was reminded of her strong family roots. She became immersed in the serenity and beauty that Sprucelea offered and decided to move back home with her fiancé, Alec. Now, all together they pursue a life of hospitality, building memories and relationships.
